Pork Fillet

Ingredients:

  • Whole pork fillet
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Tinned crushed pineapple.

Method:

  1. Grill the whole pork fillet in a hot pan till golden right around.
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Now add tin of Crushed pineapple and cook till juice and pineapples become syrupy.
  4. Cut into medallions and serve with the sauce.

Sweet potato mash
Green vegetables of your choice
