Ingredients:
- Whole pork fillet
- Salt and black pepper
- Tinned crushed pineapple.
Method:
- Grill the whole pork fillet in a hot pan till golden right around.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Now add tin of Crushed pineapple and cook till juice and pineapples become syrupy.
- Cut into medallions and serve with the sauce.
