Ingredients:
- Steak
- Gochujang paste or Sriracha
- Kimchi, red cabbage, Chinese cabbage shredded free amounts
- 1 table spoon mixed sesame seeds and peanuts
- Mint leave and fresh limes
Method:
- Rub steak with the paste and leave overnight if possible or otherwise let it stand for and hour
- Heat a griddle pan or you use and open fire
- Grill meat 3 mins a side for medium steak and set aside to rest for 10 mins
- Chop all the leafy vegetables very fine
- Toast seeds and peanuts in a non stick pan
- Cut steak against the grain in thin slices
Now created a plate with a bed of leafy vegetables, topped with steak and garnish with fresh mint leaves, seeds and peanuts
