Korean Grilled Steak with Crunchy Slaw

Ingredients:

  • Steak 
  • Gochujang paste or Sriracha
  • Kimchi, red cabbage, Chinese cabbage shredded free amounts
  • 1 table spoon mixed sesame seeds and peanuts
  • Mint leave and fresh limes

Method:

  • Rub steak with the paste and leave overnight if possible or otherwise let it stand for and hour
  • Heat a griddle pan or you use and open fire
  • Grill meat 3 mins a side for medium steak and set aside to rest for 10 mins
  • Chop all the leafy vegetables very fine
  • Toast seeds and peanuts in a non stick pan
  • Cut steak against the grain in thin slices

Now created a plate with a bed of leafy vegetables, topped with steak and garnish with fresh mint leaves, seeds and peanuts
