Ingredients:
- 1 pepper cut in half
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese, halved
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 small lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Greek yoghurt
Method:
- Season the fillet chicken and pepper with salt and black pepper. Cook the two halves of pepper and chicken fillet in an air fryer until soft and firm. Wash, pat lettuce slices and dry them with paper towels and dice them. Cut the chicken into slices and add the Greek yoghurt. Take the 1 slice of Cheddar, 2 tomato slices and pour balsamic vinegar. Top with diced lettuce as a garnish.
